All,

As we get ready to start the season, here are some important payroll details to ensure you are paid in a timely manner for high school games worked.

As a rule of thumb most sites either will give you a check or have you sign a voucher for payment. It is always a good idea to ask to sign something if you did not receive payment on site. If a school is not listed under a district heading below, then they process their own payment in house.

Login to www.refpay.com to create your ArbiterPay account and link it to your Arbiter assigning account for schools that pay directly through the assigning system.

Boulder Valley School District pays using Arbiterpay. (Schools: Boulder, Fairview, Centaurus, Broomfield)

Thompson School District will have you sign a voucher and payment will be processed within 10 days from the time the AP department receives the invoice from the school. (Schools: Mountain View, Loveland, Thompson Valley, Berthoud and all middle schools in TSD)

Poudre R1 School District payroll is processed by NCSO by electronic deposit once per week. Assignments are processed on Mondays with a two week delay.  If you have never been paid through NCSO in the past, please visit their website http://www.goncso.com/Forms.aspx and submit the W-9 form and banking form for electronic deposit. Questions please contact Ryan Roark at roarkr@goncso.com (Schools: Rocky Mountain, Poudre, Fossil Ridge, Fort Collins and all middle schools in PSD)

Greeley School District payroll is processed by NCSO by electronic deposit once per week. Assignments are processed on Mondays with a two week delay.  If you have never been paid through NCSO in the past, please visit their website http://www.goncso.com/Forms.aspx and submit the W-9 form and banking form for electronic deposit. Questions please contact Ryan Roark at roarkr@goncso.com (Schools: Greeley West, Greeley Central, Northridge and all middle schools in GSD)

St Vrain Valley School District please follow this link to access instructions. (Schools: Erie, Frederick, Longmont, Niwot, Silver Creek, Lyons, Skyline, Mead and all middle schools in SVVSD)

ASO does not process payroll for any schools as of 2017-18 school year. Please contact individual schools if you have a question on how to get paid.

All other schools not part of one of the above districts will pay by check from their own athletic fund either on site that day or within a week.

Mileage fees:

  • We only pay mileage at the varsity level and for only one official.

  • If varsity officials are coming from opposite directions, it is the responsibility of the official traveling the furthest to split the mileage fee

  •  Mileage fees vary from school to school. Most schools have a mileage chart that shows them how far an official has traveled from their home. Mileage fees are based on .40 per mile round trip once an official travels more than 20 miles. Most schools cap the mileage fee at a maximum of $30. Denver schools do not pay mileage.

  • It is the responsibility of the official receiving mileage to drive their partner including all sub-varsity officials when start times match up, or split the mileage fee with your partners
